Kandu has done it again.

​It has been said that “The fruits of your own hard work are the sweetest”, which is what the KANDU Community along with the CASME team is indulging on at this moment. The KANDU community alongside CASME / Youth Employment Service team finally reaped what they sowed in the beginning of the year as they started a fruit and vegetable garden for the school, sponsored by SUNCOAST Durban.
The idea of the project was to create a food forest for the school, that will help to feed the learners and supporting staff members of the school, and the community as well. The teachers, learners and supporting staff of the school were happy to announce that the garden seems to be doing well, and they are already enjoying the harvest, which also contributes to the school’s feeding scheme. It can be said that hard work and determination surely does pay off. KANDU definitely can do it all!
